Your initial consult – the first step
The first step is to book your initial consult where your Builder Cleaner will visit you to view your construction site, and to determine what you want to achieve. From there your Builders Cleaner will write a brief, outline different options and solutions for you. A full itemised quote will then be sent to you following the visit.

Who are Manhattan Maids?
Manhattan Maids are an agency offering professional housekeeping and domestic cleaning services. We have been operating since 2003 and our clients are typically based in the Western Suburbs (West Perth to Fremantle) and in the Southern Corridor (South Perth through to Fremantle), Sydney & the Gold Coast.
Our End of Lease maids specialise in meeting even the toughest Property Manager & Owners standards are met. They are fully aware of the standard industry expectations, but will also liaise with you to ensure that any special conditions in your lease agreement are met.
Our maids are independent contractors who work through us on client placements. For this arrangement we charge a nominal agency fee that is paid by your maid to us.
How we differ from other agencies is that we want to maintain an ongoing relationship with you and we therefore focus on ensuring that you receive a quality service that meets your requirements. We also have an Area Manager whose job it is to ensure that the quality is maintained and they are available to talk to you about any concerns or compliments you may have with regards to your builders clean.
How do you access the property?
Your designated maid will call you the day before your builders clean to confirm access details and to obtain any security information.
Your maid is fairly flexible on entry arrangements, however we want to ensure that there is a quick and efficient manner in which your maid can gain access. Our clients typically find that the most efficient and easy way is to provide your maid their own key and security access details or to meet them on site.
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy should you be running late or unable to provide access to your maid for any reason.
It’s all taken care of!
Our maids are fully trained in preparing for guest arrivals and departures – as well as regular weekly cleans. They can change bed linen (triple-sheeting if required), empty fridges, tidy up and clean, washing and ironing and any other housekeeping services that your guests require.
Your very own Account Manager
We maintain an ongoing relationship with you to ensure that you are receiving a quality service that meets your expectations. An Area Manager is appointed to you to ensure that the quality is maintained and to coordinate all services onsite.

To save you time and money, we can provide a comprehensive vacate cleaning service including ovens, pressure cleaning, blinds, windows, upholstery, mattresses and carpets – all in one phone call to your Area Manager!

Service Continuity
Peace-of-mind knowing that we can provide the continuity of a professional cleaning service! If for some reason your maid is unable to attend a scheduled clean, we can arrange a relief or replacement maid to ensure that you never miss a service.
Quality Control
We guarantee the highest quality services. If you are not satisfied with a certain area of your home, simply call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area for free. Enjoy a personal relationship with your nominated Maid while having an Area Manager and office to support you with any questions or concerns.
Our Pricing
We will always provide an upfront estimate for you before commencing an assignment. For cleaning clients, your first clean may be slightly higher than subsequent cleans so we can get it to the standard that we will then maintain for you.
