Service Continuity
Peace-of-mind knowing that we can provide the continuity of a professional cleaning service! If for some reason your maid is unable to attend a scheduled clean, we can arrange a relief or replacement maid to ensure that you never miss a service.
Quality Control
We guarantee the highest quality services. If you are not satisfied with a certain area of your home, simply call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area for free. Enjoy a personal relationship with your nominated Maid while having an Area Manager and office to support you with any questions or concerns.
Our Pricing
We will always provide an upfront estimate for you before commencing an assignment. For cleaning clients, your first clean may be slightly higher than subsequent cleans so we can get it to the standard that we will then maintain for you. The safety of your home
All maids are fully insured and have police clearances. Our mandated security policy means that clients are kept confidential - as well as every detail about the service you engage. All keys are coded and kept separately from any client details.
Convenience
There are no contracts committing you to a certain number of cleanings. Just give us 24 hours notice to cancel or change your service. Pay as you go! We offer a variety of convenient payment methods including credit card and EFT so that you never have to remember to leave cash out.
